I have some questions regarding the administration of accounts, hope some of you with accounting experience can help me:
1. Which is the correct process to create an auxiliary account and sub-accounts to parent account that already have movement ?, Currently it is a common accounting practice this procedure, but when we are trying to perform it, Adempiere tells me that it is not possible because the parent account it has movement.
2. What is the meaning/usage of the application's window called: Sub-accounts than we see in the table Element Accounting - sub Accountant ? . I created an specific row for an account (auxiliary sub-account) but if i need to see the accounting combination for this one, i can not select it ( only appears the account).
3. Does it exist in Adempiere the possibility of having an accounting plan (Chart of Accounts) for each organization of 1 company ? Or Can I create the auxiliary sub-accounts per organization level? How can I create them ?
