Bailing. That indicates something rather serious since the card is simply completely locked up (i.e. 90% firmware problem probability, or at least in combination with what our driver does to it). You should really try different firmware versions, some are rather problematic. If that doesn't help (it should), then upgrading to a newer Denis Vlasenko driver version would be a VERY good idea...
