And the main questions, what License they have??
I want pack your driver into RPM and push it into Fedora https://www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-devel-list/2009-August/msg01028.html

      Hi,

we once had an email exchange with D-Link Germany who granted us permission to distribute their ACX100 firmware images (there isn't much to say about the license type, however, I guess). However this was not an official TI statement and status of firmware images of other OEMs is unknown.

Note that I'm very happy to see people maintain acx100 driver support (which one? the old non-mac80211 non-WPA non-git one, or the newer that I haven't really dealt with?) in distributions, since it is crucial to let people use it easily in an out-of-tree build form since it will never enter mainline kernel due to TI specifications issues.

I wanted to find some time to get the current driver fully compatible with current kernel sources and developments etc. in order to ensure smooth distribution work, but so far I haven't managed to do this yet, sorry.

Hm. Do you tried push it into Linux kernel? Why it is impossible? Can you pint me on discussion?
