I'm working to get battstat_applet working with the latest acpi patch
and noticed that proc layout changes from a vanilla 2.4.17, moreover
2.4.17 layout is even different from what the lattest battstat expects to

2.4.17(acpi patch) /proc/acpi/battery/BAT0/state
naming inside the files has become all lowercase ("Design Capacity" now is
there is a way i can get a "version->actual dir layout and content"
for acpi proc filesystem?
i noticed that there is a /proc/acpi/info file containing the version of

Acpi support is experimental, expect it to change. Acpi in 2.4.17
makes your cpu overheat, locks up some machines on boot, etc. /proc
layout is least of your worries, and we are still trying to get it
right (so please don't ask for it to stabilize).
