It appears that components must be unique within the
xml script file. This can cause a couple of problems.

1) GUI controls that have the same id, but are on
different frames are not recognized as being unique to
Costello.

2) It appears that Costello will rename a component
under some circumstances. Possibly from reorder
sequences??? causing existing script to fail.

Multiple namespaces within the xml file may solve this
problem. Perhaps if a Component also included the
Sequence Description and the description was forced to
be unique???

Current I see the only solution is reducing the number
of components within a single script file.

It's a good idea to run such ideas through the abbot-users list for a while to
refine them prior to filling up the bug and RFE lists.

Component reference IDs are what uniquely identify a component reference.
There is no sense in allowing duplicate IDs.

Perhaps you are referring to some other ID? Component.getName, perhaps?

Costello never invokes Component.setName; it is entirely non-intrusive to the
target application, with the exception of adding listeners to a few select
    classes.
