Log Message:
Remove SubDescriptor class, types and property and associated API from toolkit.
Involved removing the SubDescriptors property from EssenceDescriptor, the
SubDescriptor class and the SubDescriptor StrongReference and
StrongReferenceVector types.  The AAFEssenceDescriptor2 API was also
removed since it's purpose was to provide an API for manipulating SubDescriptors.
