Hello,
I have 1.1.0 installed and up have been using with no problems.  I would like to update to 1.1.1.  So I download the 1.1.1 zip file for OSX and typed 'make everything'  and quickly got some errors:

make: execvp: ./build/aafplatform.sh: Permission denied
build/common.mk:36: build/pdefs-.mk: No such file or directory
make: execvp: ./build/aafplatform.sh: Permission denied
make: execvp: ./build/aafplatform.sh: Permission denied
make: execvp: ./build/aafplatform.sh: Permission denied
make: *** No rule to make target `build/pdefs-.mk'.  Stop.

I recall when I installed 1.1.0 it went very smoothly and I was up and programming in no time. Perhaps I am forgetting something.  Any ideas out there as to why I am unable to install 1.1.1?  Should I completely uninstall 1.1.0 first?

OSX 10.4.6
I am using the shell, not Xcode.
Thanks for any suggestions.
