#14 Unable to use AAF under Windows 98

I'm unable to use AAF under Windows 98 OS.

For example, InfoDumper would output :

Errors encountered.

---

It seems to come from the AAFLoad() function.

    At the risk of repeating what you are already aware of (and
    for the benefit of lurkers), there are some comments in the
    FAQ regarding Win 98.

    There is no "official" support for Win 98 so I'm closing this
    bug.

    You'll have to press for Win98 support if it is important that it
    work for you.

    I expect the problem with InfoDumper has simply to do with
    the lack of Unicode support for filenames????
