MoonlightConfig is missing by design. It contains
information that is only available to those who have the
Moonlight mpeg decoding sdk license. In my second
publication I tried removing MoonlightConfig.pas but leaving
the dcu files in place. This worked on most but I now
discover, not all of my machines.

I will be issuing an updated version within the next few
days which should hopefully fix this but in the meantime,
you might try removing MoonlightConfig.dcu from the project
file and replacing it with MoonlightConfig.pas, which is not
there but Delphi should use the dcu file instead.
