dvbsnoop - a open source dvb/mpeg stream analyzer program is now available as version 1.3.77.
dvbsnoop enables you to sniff and trace dvb/mpeg2 stream data (e.g. send via digital television or radio broadcasts).
This is a source upload to catch up source tar balls with the cvs and to provide bugfixes.

This is a source release to catch up source tarballs with the cvs at http://cvs.tuxbox.org.

dvbsnoop requires the DVB-API version 3 (or API 1) (http://www.linuxtv.org) installed on your system. The DVB-API should be integrated part of the linux kernel as of version 2.6.0.

dvbsnoop 1.3.0 - the dvb/mpeg stream analyzer - released...
Which data streams are transmitted for "internet
over satellite", WebTV, MHP or digital television
(DTV)? Dvbsnoop will translate these data streams
(DVB protocol) sent via cable or satellite into
human readable form.
This version provides new and enhanced features
like spidering/following PIDs or improved pidscan
on a transponder. Also bugfixing has been done..
