  • Jacksum 1.7.0 released

    customizable CRC algorithms due to the Rocksoft Model CRC Algorithm are supported now. Algorithms can be combined together and multiple hashes can be calculated at the same time. The korean standard HAS-160, the CRC of Bzip2, and are Tiger Tree Hashes are supported as well. New encodings (dec, oct, bin) have been introduced. Performance and code improvements, bug fixes and the documentation has been updated.

  • Jacksum 1.6.1 released!

    The changes in this release are as follows: A critical regression bug has been fixed (-r does not work anymore on Linux/Unix). Two minor bugs have been fixed: "stdout and stderr overwrite each other when stdout and stderr are equal", and "-c and -V summary give meaningless summary". The exit status depends on the result of the verification process, and the documentation has been updated.
