IDL Compiler added to CVS
CLORB now has a IDL compiler that produce static stubs and skeleton classes. Use (CORBA:IDL "idl-file").

CLORB 0.3 Released
Not much new in this release. I plan some major rewrite of I/O in CLORB and the CVS will be very unstable the next few months.
