New FreeDOS web site
We created the first FreeDOS web site in 1995, providing basic information about FreeDOS. Over the years, we've tweaked the site: rewriting old text, growing new content areas, updating the design. While the design had stabilized, the content was difficult to use; information was hard to find. Since March, I've been working on an updated FreeDOS web site design. The goal with the redesign was to improve the web experience for our visitors, to make the site easier to navigate and find things that you need. And at the same time, to provide better support for mobile browsers. The new design is a result of several usability tests, where you all played a part.
