1.7 Alpha testing started (Private distribution)
1.7 alpha 1, which adds many features, advancements, and fixes is in it's private release phase.
If you are interested in testing the alpha code, please contact me as I am in need or testers witrh various configurations.
All core changes have been completed and only minor code optimization and interface changes need to be made. Additionally, Documentation needs to be created to support the release.

Version 1.7 Nearing Completion
After about two years of silence, this project is still being used and downloaded on a daily basis... Although I have not made any releases recently, I have been tinkering with the code off and on. Many changes have been made and are being tested now in a limited release alpha (email me if you want in). There are too many changes to list/remember right now but "streaming" is now supported and it is more effecient and customizable too...
Expect a release or another update within two weeks.

MPEG-Database 1.6 Final Released
MPEG Database 1.6 now conforms to the strict http://www.w3.org/ (W3C -- World Wide Web Consortium) standards:
http://www.w3.org/TR/html401 (HTML 4.01 Transitional)
http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS2/ (CSS 2)
Interface Facelift: as part of the W3C conformance updates the admin pages fot a face lift and everything will display more reliably.
Modified Database Cleanup to also parse the arrays prior to database generation
fixes numerous parse errors
More singlequote " ' " fixes on id3v1.php
