Spumoni release delayed, but winding back up
Sorry for the delay! I had to set Spumoni down for a few months to keep up with a hectic work schedule, but my time is opening up again. More info on its way within the next 1-2 weeks.

Full SNMP Support Complete - Expect a Release Soon
Spumoni now has native SNMP TRAP and GET capability! This means it no longer uses UCD-SNMP and runs just fine on Windows, Linux and other platforms. Expect a major new release soon!

Spumoni gets its own Enterprise Number
Today the IANA (Internet Assigned Numbers Authority) assigned the Spumoni project the 1.3.6.1.4.1.12238.* block of SNMP OIDs. This gives us a sanctioned space to use for custom stats lookups without worrying about colliding with other numbers. The public number list has ben updated and is viewable here: http://www.iana.org/assignments/enterprise-numbers . You can also expect to have automatic OID collision detection in the next release of Spumoni :-)
