- Use Commons Logging instead of Log4J.
- Log the stacktrace when reloadConfig() throws a Configuration exception on initialization.
- A custom controller factory can now be provided. See the manual for an example.

Version 2.2.1 [virtual]
- Added support for URLs (http:, https:, file:, ftp:, jar:) as paths in
XSL transforms. Also added support for monitoring 'file:' URLs and
re-caching them upon change.
- Redirects now properly encode session ids in the URL (if necessary).

Opt-Fop 1.1 released
This really just upgrades the version of fop from 0.20.4 to 0.20.5. There were no source changes, but opt-fop 1.1 had been beta for over a year, so I guess its stable enough to tag this as a release version.

New releases of Maverick and its accompanying optional modules. This adds heterogeneous transform support.
