The latest changes to the phpsniffer class should be available in CVS once the servers sync up.

Switch from GPL to LGPL
PHP Client Sniffer (phpsniff) is now licensed under the LGPL. The GPL was a bit too strict for this piece of code as it appeared to force anyone using it to release their software under the GPL.
Using the LGPL will allow developers to use the phpsniff code in proprietary closed source projects.
