Braitenberg Vehicle Program Added
A fellow MIT student named Eddie Kohler has given us permission to put his program "xbraitenberg" which runs on most UNIX flavors on our CVS repository. We have compiled
this under Red Hat Linux v6.2 and released it.

This has documentation and lots of ways to change the vehicles and experiment. Have fun!
