RockChock 0.8.4 Release
RockChock is an easy and original CMS written in PHP, MySQL and Javascript.
It's perfect for your blog or if you want, for a simple website.
With this new release, RockChock enter in a more stable production stage. I fixed many bugs, as always, and added some usefull functions.
A first important part of this release, is the ban system. Now you can ban and sblock IP addresses or Users; IP will be banned anyway if the visitor is trying, i.e., to register himself too many times.
I introduced a new editor, TinyMCE instead of the old OpenWYSIWYG, that showed some problems.
Hoowever, it has more functions and has a great compatibility with many browsers.
The statistics have been fixed, with a new register system, made by Helmakil and modified by me. Maybe i must add more systems/useragents.
The install system has been completed, and i removed a big error common in 0.8.3 (the "blank" page).
However there is the upgrader from 0.8.3 too; you can find it in upgrader/from_083_beta.php
I removed an error showed with magic_quotes on, however register_globals is not supported.
the m_escape(); function does the job, so i changed almost all files into the package.
Download here the version:

Thanks for your time and for using RockChock.
Happy Rockchocking!

Rockchock 0.8.3 Release
RockChock is an easy and original Content Management system developed in PHP and MySql.
In this release i added a new Online Skinner: with this tool, you can install .zip skins, show all skins with their preview, edit skin files online and much more.
I completed the extensions manager too; with this version you can install simply your extensions, without using XML files to store the extension documents (my old and stupid idea :D)
I Fixed the registration system and the validate procedure, however i corrected backup, add, edit systems and portal manager.
Finally, i changed all dates into timestamps stored in the database.

Happy RockChocking!

RockChock 0.8.1 Release
RockChock is an easy and original content management system, based on PHP and MySQL, with a simple and modular organization.
RockChock has usefull functions, such an easy skinning system (you can edit your skin and adapt it for RockChock in about 20 minutes), and a compact Admin Control Place.
In this release RockChock has been fixed in many points, to fight against ACP Hacks and Registration system.
There is an evolved URL rewrite system, pased on PHP patterns instead of .htaccess (because someone cannot use it).
Finally, i added and bugfixed functions in the RC Core (class/ folder) even if there are other errors.
In the next releases i want to add an Online-skin-editor, translate RC in English, localize the user/ folder and remove other bugs.
Good RockChocking!

RockChock Pre-release details
RockChock is a new CMS made in italy, suitable for blog use or standard-cms use.
The installer is simple, even for the easy-translation system that affecst the install process too.
The Rockchock goal is the combination of the skinning-system, simple HTML with special keywords,so you don't need to edit and to move PHP blocks, easy modules (with files) and php code includes, with special keywords as the skinning-system, and finally a comfortable Admin Control Place to manage your website and contents.
RockChock doesn't use complex pages, code or queryes. This CMS is fast, as is fast the articles, blocks or pages edit.
For each action (adds page or article, edits page or article, changes settings), there is only one page, so you will not get bored looking for something.
Now i'm working on the Extension-gestor, the place where you can install add-on for RockChock.
also, i'm writing some tutorial about skinning, translating and making extensions for the CMS.
Enjoy with RockChock!
