GTK+ toolset
Created gtk+ toolset for boost.build v2. So that it is easy to to compile under linux, using pkg-config for gtk+. Allowing to use "using gtk ;" under user-config.jam and have it automagically configured.
To compile with GTK+, please ask gtk.jam and instructions to me (felipe@expertisesolutions.com.br).
