Mojotron 2 development begins
Mojotron 2 will be a combination of the fluid shoot-em-up gameplay of Robotron and Gauntlet-style exploration.
At this stage, there is a design brief, skeleton code in CVS, and a level editor. In particular, tile and monster art is needed.

Do the binaries work for you?
I need feedback on whether the 0.995 binaries work.
In the past I've had trouble making Linux binaries that have been properly static linked. This release (0.995) you should be able to untar the package and run the game straight away.
If the game doesn't run on your system, please tell me, and I'll do my best to fix it.

New windows port
Hooray! Kenneth Gangstoe has produced a new Windows port of Mojotron 0.9. This version is much newer, and a lot playable than the last.
Known problems:
Option menu is difficult to use at high frame rates
Fullscreen doesn't seem to work

Mojotron is stable again
Yaay!! Finally tracked down those memory corruption bugs, this release should be quite stable. It compiles with ClanLib 0.5.
