New 0.2.0 jknnl has been released
In new release, there was added new package and some class have changed location (all neurons and networks classes). There was added new interface for neurons and created new predefined types of neurons (with bias, witout bias, kohonen neuron and kohonen neuron with tiredness).
Now, it is possible to create and use networks with neurons which will be tired during the learning process (WTALearningFunctionWithTired, WTMLearningFunctionWithTired)
