ShareMedia 0.3.2 released
This new release (0.3.2) includes :
- Integrated intro content with tutorials and usefull links
- SWT Animation Toolkit is now used to provide nice UI effects
- Better error checking for password
- Several bug fixes on the OpenGL viewer
For the next release, I'm looking for some Java feedback. If you're a Java developer and you already worked on the following topics, please drop a comment here.
- Writing EXIF / IPTC tags. (ShareMedia only have read support right now)
- Working with videos (creating thumbnails, playing in a SWT UI or OpenGL Canvas).

There are a lot of things going on around this project, even if I lack time to post them. Here are some news :
* New task/bug tracker : http://sharemedia-bugs.selfip.org . There, you can view roadmap, progress and change log. It's far better than the sourceforge trackers.
* Wiki updates: the wiki has been updated with new instructions or explaination for developers. By the way, the wiki is now public. Everyone may contribute.
* Write support for Picasa albums is available in the nightly builds.
* Linux platform should be supported with the latest nightly builds.

ShareMedia 0.3 released
The brand new release of ShareMedia is now available.
What's new :
* Jabber plugin is back and usable. You can share files and chat with your contacts.
* Google plugin improvements : support for private albums
* Media flow
* OpenGL visual improvements
* The welcome page is not finished, but has some content.
* Several little fixes.
* New splash screen.
PLEASE NOTE : database format has changed, thus your HAVE TO rebuild your library. See http://sharemedia.wiki.sourceforge.net/FAQ
