Bashblogger 0.3.7 released
We've uploaded a new tarball for the 0.3.7 release. There are a number of new features, as well as, bugfixes for this release.
The tarball now matches the dev SVN repository, so, if you grabbed a copy in the last day or so, and it works for you, well, ignore this. The new tarball is solely for consistency with the dev SVN repository. There are some directory differences and some slight changes w/the installer, but everything else is exactly the smae.
Hope this clears up any confusion.

0.3.6 and CVS
Mario has decided to take his codebase and release it as "POSIX blogger", so I've disabled CVS until I can get sourceforge to remove his commits.
Mario is a very talented programmer and I hate to see him fork off his own project, but I enjoyed working with him and learned a great deal. If you like bashblogger, you will, no doubt, also like Mario's posixblogger. We'll link to his code as soon as he posts it somewhere and I wish him well in all of his endeavours.
As for bashblogger, I've made changes that are documented in the CHANGELOG, as well as on the bashblogger site -
http://bashblogger.grimthing.com/
So, check either one of those for the updates in this release.
As for the next release, I'm working on a helper script that will work with procmail to allow people to use bashblogger as a moblog. I've also written about that on the site, so check that out if you feel so inclined.
I'm moving this weekend, so, if you have some bug reports, I won't be able to get to a computer again till the middle of next week (Aug 1st or 2nd, depends on the cable company). I'll address bug reports as quickly as possible, I just wanted to give everybody a heads up so that they didn't think I was ignoring email.
Hope you enjoy 0.3.6!

CVS Development
Today i've uploaded my latest development version to CVS, so everybody can see where we are heading. Beware, that this CVS is borked more than the most CVS versions out there. Expect the worst: daily changes in the command line arguments, new databases etc. In return the new version of bashblogger will be a lot faster and more portable. If you want to actually use bashblogger please use the latest release 0.3.5.

0.3.5
I've fixed a couple of user submitted bugs and rolled up a new tarball. I haven't heard from anyone else regarding bug reports, so I'm assuming this release is bugfree. ;)
Ideally, there will be a new release every two weeks until everything in the TODO is completed. A month a release on the outside.
If you've run across any bugs that didn't get fixed this release, either submit them to the bugtracker or email 'em to me at grim_at_grimthingDOTcom

There was a problem
There was a problem with the tarball released earlier tonight. I'd attached the wrong script and then the right one had some last-minute bug squashing.
If you downloaded the tarball Saturday September 9, 2006 between 1500-1900 CST -0600, download it again, I fixed it.
