New public server for PyBridge 0.3
PyBridge 0.3 users now have access to a public server, thanks to Roxanne Parent and http://asd-networks.com/. You can connect to this server to play bridge with people from around the world.
To connect to the public server, enter the following details into the "Connect to Server" dialog which appears when you run PyBridge.
Host Name: asd-networks.com
Port: 5040
Also, fill out the User Name and Password fields (don't use a valuable password!) as appropriate.
When connecting for the first time, ensure that the "Register as New User" checkbox is ticked.

PyBridge switching from SourceForge to Launchpad
PyBridge on Launchpad: http://launchpad.net/pybridge
PyBridge is switching 'front-end' services from SourceForge to Launchpad. We believe that Launchpad is better suited for encouraging users of PyBridge to participate in development.
The PyBridge bug tracker is now available at http://bugs.launchpad.net/pybridge/ . Please use the Launchpad 'Blueprints' and 'Answers' services to suggest new features and request support.
We will continue to use SourceForge for issuing releases, hosting the project homepage and PyBridge SVN development repository.

PyBridge 0.3.0 released
PyBridge 0.3.0 is now available for download. In addition to the source tarball, a standalone version for Windows 2000/XP/Vista is available.
This release incorporates major improvements to network code and user interface, as well as many other changes to the codebase. For full details, consult the NEWS file.
Due to changes to the network protocol, PyBridge 0.3.0 is incompatible with previous releases. All users should upgrade, as game servers will be switched to 0.3.0 in the near future.

Port: 5040
Fill out the User Name and Password fields (don't use a valuable password!) as appropriate.
When connecting for the first time, ensure that the "Register as New User" checkbox is ticked.

PyBridge 0.2.1 released
PyBridge 0.2.0 is now available for download. In addition to the source tarball, a standalone version for Windows 2000/XP is available.
This release fixes packaging and installation issues with 0.2.0. Users of 0.2.0 who do not wish to install PyBridge need not upgrade to this release.
