Bistro 3.4
OrderedCollection and SortedCollection now wrap Lists instead of Vectors. SmallInteger now provides some flyweights. The Bistro compiler now supports wrapped methods. Please see the Notes on the Home Page for details.

The metaclass section has become optional. The Bistro compiler was upgraded to ANTLR 2.7.1. The deprecated methods have been removed. Please see the Notes on the Home Page for details.
