Hi Mark, As I see, the following tests failed: solve-poly from cxcoretest. As I remember, it always fails. We will try to fix it soon. But the function is not really used in the rest of OpenCV, so you should not worry. mhi-global from cvtest. That's more interesting, usually it passes. I would be interested to see the cvtest.log file. As for multiple fails in python tests - it looks like at least GTK+ development packages (called libgtk2.0-dev in Debian/Ubuntu) and PIL for Python have not been installed. You can try to install those packages, rerun configure and build, then rerun the tests.
