The wiki page is out of date, because it is now possible to enable PortMixer when using portaudio v19, which it wasn't when that page was written. So --with-portaudio=v19 --with-portmixer is now the default configuration (i.e. what you will get if you don't pass any options to configure) and the one we would recommend.
