I don't know how but you have the old Makefile. Check that you have a
makefile.am if so delete the file Makefile and Makefile.in and re run
autogen.sh located in src/geoobj. You can also delete the file configure if
you have a configure.in
The file Makefile should be generated from Makefile.am
Later, you can do a make distclean to delete all internediate files before
running autogen.sh again...
