Right - got it! All seems to be working at this end now - just need to
check that my colleague can connect. The thing that was worrying me was
that when I tried to create the bridge, XP reported that an "Unexpected
Error occured".
Turns out that this is because ICS was enabled. You evidently have to
switch this off which you make the bridge, and then re-enable it after.
