Summary: Wrong arrow direction for start of star
Initial Comment:
The start of a star object's outline has a wrong
"direction", so that start arrows appear out of sync
with midpoint arrows. Image attached, svg to come.

Sorry, looks like the image didn't attach the first time.
Some additional information:
I'm using Inkscape 0.39 from Debian Unstable, downloaded
twenty minutes ago.
