This was post to NANOG a short while ago, announcing the allocation
of 69.0.0.0/8.  Please update the "rfc1918" file to reflect this
change.

In the near future, ARIN will begin making allocations
from 69.0.0.0/8.  This will include allocations of /20 
and shorter prefixes, according to ARIN's minimum allocation
policy.
