I just checked the relationship graph again. It does funny things for me too. In
my case I found out why. I'm using German locale LANG=de_DE.utf8. The files
generated with English and German locale are totaly different. The main problem
are following 2 lines in German basic_report

The funny thing is the margin line is ok:
By the way in English local standard margins at GraphViz GUI are 0.5 in German
local standard margins are 0,00
I hope I did not bother with things fixed in CVS. I used newest debian version
