I played a bit with this, but it does not work for me (Toshiba Satellite Pr=
M30). First thing is that my SmSC has probably id SMCf030 (at least it is=20
only thing that looks similar from pnp devices). After adding this id to=20
sources it fails to initialise, due to missing fir port, irq and dma, becau=
this device reports only one port configuration.
There also might be some problem with pnp, because I'm using pnpacpi, what =
quite new code, but other devices (eg. parallel port) seems to work okay wi=

It should be done in pnp code and there is no need to do this in driver.
