Maybe README.w32api could be trimmed a bit.
For example, is the mention of the NOTES and TODO files still relevant?
The pointer to http://www.xraylith.wisc.edu/~khan/software/gnu-win32/,
is hardly relevant anymore.
Also the stuff about C++ COM objects, could be removed, as I seem
to remember that all this included into GCC mainline, or at least
in cygwin and mingw versions.
I don't know if the comment about size is as relevant today as
it was 6 years ago. I was using a P2 266 Mhz those days, and
clocks speeds and RAM sizes have been changed since then...
Also, my old email address could be removed, since I'm not actively
updating the package anymore.
