What OS? Version? 
What apache? version?  
How did you install it?  rpm? apt?compile from src? if so, how?
What version of mysql?
How did you install it?  rpm? apt?compile from src? if so, how?


When I went to mysql4, I had *no* problems like that. However, I use 
slash-cvs, not 2.2.6 or r/t/tags.

You need to be more specific as to what you did. Was it just a MySQL 4 
upgrade or did you update Slash via CVS?

If it was a MySQL 4 upgrade, did you make sure you didn't nuke your 
existing databases? I believe it overwrites things with a default 
install.....

If you updated Slash to the latest CVS, you will most likely need to 
update your templates and follow any changes from you previous version 
as noted in /sq/mysql/upgrades (or is it updates, I forget).
