Unless you serve content in a language that uses a different encoding
(i.e. charset) you are fine. ISO8859-1 covers the needs of all "Western
Europe" languages, namely English, French, Italian, German, Spanish,
etc.
You may need to adjust that if you're serving content in a Slavic
language, Turkish, Greek, Russian, etc. not to mention Asian languages.
But if you're a webmaster of such a site, you already know the issue and
that life is not so easy for you. :-)
