No, librsvg rasterizes the SVG, and then emacs displays it. Clearly
it would be very interesting to have some kind of interactivity
between SVG and emacs. I'm having the exact same thoughts.
I think a reasonable aproach is to start out with this patch, and
maybe figure out a way to map clicks to the underlying SVG object
somehow, and then maybe find a better SVG display library, that can
bind SVG events to emacs callbacks in the future.
Interestingly the SVG patch is quite small and comprehensible.
