The example that was given was with Chinese names. It seems that with
Chinese style names, the proper display is "LastName FirstName".
This brings up a few questions.
1) Do we need a switch for each name allowing this alternate display?
My guess is "Yes".
2) What other cultures display names like this?
3) How should such a switch be labeled?
4) If a name has the format, how should it be displayed if the display
format is "Surname, FirstName" vs "FirstName Surname". Neither of
these would be correct. Should it always be displayed as "Surname
