Help system

I have been thinking about the help system recently. Lewis did a great job
with it, but I am wondering if you guys think it would be better to include
it in the same frame as the rest of the stuff. I'm just not terribly keen
on the new browser window popping up. Here's what I suggest
When you click on "help", it loads the help page in the right frame with the
table of contents. You can then go to the specific parts that you wish by
navigating around the TOC. It should be fairly easy to include a
"Next" and "Previous" at the top of all the help documents as well.
One of the things that brings me to this is that having the table of
contents on the left side doesn't work too well. Often the strings don't
fit on one line, then it's confusing where one ends and a new one
begins. Also, this doesn't fit into the design of the rest of SquirrelMail
very well.
Lewis is away for 2 weeks, so if you think this is ok, I can implement
this. It should be pretty easy, I would imagine.
