Lirc hysteria?

Hi. I`m probing lirc 0.6.5. My hardware:WINFAST TV2000XP + Cool Command If i`m using the original config file for this remote, lirc not respond. If i`m creating a config file using irrecord, then starting lircd and functions Ok. If `m rebooting my machine then again not functioning. This config files always not equal. What wrong?
