bounty for Dish Network remote config

O.k., it's been awhile since I last took a shot at LIRC. That time, I was successful in getting set up to decode the transmitters for both my Dish Network satellite receiver and Sony TV. I was also able to control my TV. Unfortunately, my main goal was to control the satellite receiver so that I can use it with my MPEG encoder to record programs. After some discussion, I was content that I would have to watch the remote on a 'scope for a few hours before I would get further. Tonight I was at Best Buy and picked up an RCA Universal Remote, RCU500 for ~15USD. I have been able to use it to control the receiver using code #078 (Echosphere). I doubt I'll have time to spend with a 'scope soon, and even when I do I won't know exactly what to do, so...I'm willing to pay someone else to do it. I'm guessing that there's someone out there who knows how to do this and lives near a Best Buy. Is $50 enough to cover the cost of the remote and sufficient pizza? If you're interested, please let me know. (I don't want multiple people spending time on it.) Thank you! --kyler |
