Whilst Tor Lillqvist does an amazing job of maintaining the win32 support,
I've been unable to find any documentation of his build processes.
I've messed around with gtk+ and it's dependencies a bit here and there -
I've attached the build scripts that I've put together. They are *very*
work-in-progress, and undocumented, but you might find them better than
nothing.
NB: I build under Cygwin. More-or-less the same should apply under MSYS, but
I've never tested.
