Did you read the getting started guide? :)
From memory, just copy this line:
colinux-daemon.exe -t nt -c default.colinux.xml
into a handy .bat file (mine's startcolinux.bat) and dump it in your
c:\coLinux directory and it should work without issues.
Not quite sure what the -i is for, perhaps you are thinking of
--install-service?
