Summary: Crash on Load
Initial Comment:
After installing the software for the Cisco VT Advantage
video conferencing (integration of video camera with
Cisco VoIP system) causes RSSBandit to crash on
load.
A Layered Service Provider (LSP) is added to XP by the
installation of Cisco VT Advantage and it seems that
RSSBandit does some network stuff on launching which
does not work when this particular LSP is present.
When attaching a debugger I see the following:

I do not thiink that this is the solution. I have only 35
protocols on my machine. The issue in question arises when
more than 50 protocols are bound to the adapter(s)
