Won't work that easily. In theory, a script could be written to fetch
all and any content off a LXR server, but after all, LXR is a
server-based technology. So there's no "easy" way to simply "dump"
all pages for offline use, but it has been considered (for speed
reasons) to locally cache requested pages.

You can install it locally, but this needs a local source repository,
