Hi,

  It has come to my attention that there is a backlog of messages I
haven't responded to lately going back as far as June 18th.  I have
investigated the mailing list archive on SF and discovered several
messages I have not received in my inbox yet.  I'm not too surprised,
this happened before this past winter.  At that time I got email from
sourceforge saying "Oops", and a massive flood on one weekend.  I will
respond to the backlog when they show up in my mailbox.  If you have a
particularly pressing issue, please CC me directly in the meantime
(which is why I am responding to David's posts.)

  Also at some random point this summer/fall I'm probably going to be
moving, so there will be some pretty serious lag time on some messages
as I will be unable to do any development for a while during the move.
