Cream should work fine with 6.4, you just have to modify the
INSTALL.bat to use ...\vim64 instead of ...\vim63. (On Windows, the
install script path is hard-coded since Vim is not usually on path and
there is no other trivial way to correctly determine.)
If anybody wants to donate about 20 lines of "path guessing" for this
it will likely be implemented before I get around to it. :)
