libMesh: A C++ Finite Element Library

Hmmm... not a bad idea.  I'll put the Exodus documentation over into
the doc tree soon.

Do you have any specific files or URLs you think we should add?  This
is definitely a good idea, but I bet nobody's going to get around to
it until the next time we're stuck hunting up documentation ourselves.
If you've been through that wringer yourself recently, let us know
exactly what you finally found so we can add it in SVN while it's
still fresh in your mind.

UNV:   nothing at the moment, but I remember having found some files
       describing the format. Especially the element type ids are hard
       to find, and not even all types libmesh supports have a
       standard id.
       
I'll post more if I find references.
