From what I can see, there appears to be a problem with the GdkImlib
library under certain versions of python 2.X. I'm not sure where this is
coming from, since they should both be using the same core libraries.
What gramps is doing is creating an empty image. This image is used to
replace the image in the Edit Person window when you have deleted all
photos out of the gallery (I have to replace the current picture with
